  OMG I am 36 weeks pregnant and just moved to GA. I was told by my doctors office to come here and apply for pregnancy medicaid so that I can be seen by the doctor. I came here and the lovely Celeste Cooper was the receptionist and seen that there were basically no Medicaid appointments for the rest of the week!! Long story short this Angel went out of her way to get me Medicaid that SAME DAY!! That is what I consider exceptional customer service, she had no problem at all going above and beyond for me and from what I witnessed I was not the only person who received that top notch service. I sure hope she's a manager or at least in a leadership position because we need more people like her not only serving clients but being an example of what TRUE customer service is :D I was also helped by Shirley at the counter and she was swift, friendly, and very efficient. I dont remember my nutritionists name but she too was awrsome and very informative. I love it when people dont mind doing their jobs, it gives me hope and keeps me continuing on to be the best that I can be. You guys please keep up the excellent work!!

  Great staff got me in and out and I was late for the accepted walk in they had a heart and still seen me for my diabetic needs

  Well when i got here no one was ahead of me and two people came after me. Ive been waiting over an hour and still havent been seen. Ive been coming here for 5 years and this isnt just some angry review. Its like this all thw time.. Staff is nice other than the front desk personnel.. They just need to shape up.
