  I have know Todd Shambo and the Staff since I was 16(probably longer then that but that's when I started driving) and my parents had use Todd Shambo and State farm for ever it seems like! My experience with Todd and his Staff is amazing. they treat me like Family and when I do come to the office I feel very welcomed! Brandi Peters is the agent I work with and she has the answers and help for me on anything. If you are thinking of making a change on insurance, banking, or whatever you need done I really recommend Todd Shambo State Farm and his Staff.

  Unfortunately there's no ZERO star but that's what this agent deserves. Very unprofessional, unreliable and rude staff. I also agree with another reviewer who called them racist. They raise your premium without telling you and will automatically start debiting your account before notifying you of the increase. Also, they will forget to add other drivers in your household to your policy when they've been informed to do so. Putting everyone of your family members at risk of breaking insurance laws. And please don't bring any issues or concerns you're having to their manager. She'll just tell you how many years everyone's been with Todd Shambo's office and how great they all are. Find a new agent like I did. You'll be much more satisfied.

  Todd Shambo and his team located in Conyers GA is THE BEST!!! Anytime I call, I get friendly, curteous customer service. Tess is not only my Agent, she's an angel (she's patient and ALWAYS willing to assist, no matter how often I call). I must also commend Nicole on her willingness to assist the customers when the other Agents are bust. GREAT OFFICE, GREAT TEAMWORK!!!
